About Anthony

Attorney Anthony B. Golden (“Tony”) is one of the founding partners of Anthem Injury Lawyers.

“As a co-founder of Anthem Injury Lawyers and a dedicated personal injury attorney, my life’s work is to help people like you navigate the complex world of personal injury law.”

What sets me apart is that I’ve been in your shoes. When I was 16 years old, not too long after getting my license, I was in a bad crash that wasn’t my fault. I was driving alone and had no idea what to do. I was scared, and this was before cell phones were prevalent, so I wasn’t able to call anyone. Luckily, a witness called 911. The crash totaled my mom’s car.

We didn’t go to a lawyer because my family didn’t know any better at the time. I did some very minimal medical treatment, but it wasn’t enough to fix my back injuries. To this day, 30 years later, I have ongoing back issues. One wrong bend or twist, and I’m out of commission for weeks. On top of it, after the crash, my mom was without a car that was necessary for her work and for me to get to school.

“I know what it feels like to be a victim of a car accident, to deal with the physical pain, the emotional turmoil, and the financial strain. I understand, on a personal level, the hardships you’re going through because I’ve lived them myself.”

This experience has not only fueled my dedication to personal injury law but also fostered a deep sense of compassion for every client I represent. With me, you’re not just another case file. I take the time to get to know you, to understand your unique situation and needs. This personal approach, combined with my extensive legal knowledge and experience, allows me to tailor a strategy that is specific to your case.

“Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of securing substantial settlements for my clients. Some recent examples include a pre-litigation settlement exceeding $10 million in a multi-plaintiff claim and another over $800,000.”

I’m also proud to be recognized by my peers for my strong ethical standards and professional competence. I’ve been consistently named a Mountain States Super Lawyer from 2019 to 2023 and hold an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest peer review rating for ethics and skill.

Before entering private law practice, I served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Nancy A. Becker during her term as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada. This experience gave me invaluable insights into the workings of the legal system, which I now use to advocate for my clients.

Beyond my professional life, I am deeply rooted in family and community. I understand that an injury affects not just an individual, but a network of loved ones.

“My commitment to helping you and your family drives me to seek justice for your rights and to help you heal both physically and emotionally.”
